The 28-day transformation is TBT’s flagship programme, perfected over the last 4 years.

It’s the perfect length of time to see some quick results with your fitness, strength, body shape and energy levels.

We coach you every step of the way… both in and out of the gym.

The not so SMALL print…

  • You must set some goals so we can track your progress – we’ll help to ensure they’re realistic and achievable within the timeframe.
  • Part of the 28day program is to instill new habits that we can continue to build on – this involves making small commitments outside of the gym.
  • We need you to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week at our gym (or 12 over the month) – you can attend more if you want!
  • You can chop and change your sessions via our free booking app.
  • You must try your best.
  • You must be honest and ask for help when you need it.
  • You must embrace the family-style ethos that has made TBT what it is today.

What about nutrition?

We can go as deep as you like with nutrition. However, we find that clients tend to get the best results by implementing a very simple tracking procedure.

We can advise you on how many Kcal’s you should be consuming in order to achieve your goal, and then show you how to quickly and easily track your consumption each day.

This way there are no boring food restrictions. Most of our clients can still enjoy a glass or two of Fizz and still get results each week!

If you’re someone who finds life easier when they’re planning their meals in advance, we have the perfect software to help – it even creates shopping lists and recipes for you!

What makes us different?

Every time you attend a gym session, we’ll coach you constantly – monitoring your technique, posture and mobility to ensure you continually improve.

We know if you’re finding things easy, and we know when you’re finding things tough!

By keeping a close eye on things, we can push you to get the best out of you. We’re nice people though… we’ll offer empathy and support where needed!

If it’s been a few days since we’ve seen you at a session, we’ll follow it up. If there is something we can do to support you getting there, then we will.
